What Monetary Results Can I Expect From My Case?

On the personal injury side, especially, the total outcome…the monetary results.

What you’re going to get at the end of the day depends upon the severity of the injuries and how well those injuries were documented, the treatment frequency, the expense, and then looking forward at what can you expect in the future? Is there going to be future surgery that’s required? Is there going to be a period of time where somebody’s following some sort of surgical intervention? And so every case is different and I always reiterate that to clients when they come in and I make sure they understand that. You can’t compare apples to oranges, it’s has to be apples to apples.

So if you want an idea of what it’s going to look like…I can give you sort of a ballpark. Say it was all soft tissue damage and you did everything right in healing. Versus a case where somebody is a paraplegic. For example that’s going to require a great deal of future care and that’s going to drive the value of the case significantly. So that’s all built into managing the case, having experience dealing with these cases, knowing where to send the client, making sure that they’re going and getting vocational therapy, as well as physical therapy, counseling, all the different things that they need to bring themselves back to a position they were before the crash.
